  1. Dearest Jack, I made your chickpea and tomato loaf yesterday …great ingredients – got them all in the cupboard – the rosemary came from my sisters garden. So ..is it meant to be a bit solid and soggy in the middle ….? Does the tomato cause this? Left it to rise just as you said – maybe I did too much knocking back? Or is it that I cooked it in the small oven or in a silicone loaf thing? Thanks for your help – I hope your foot has got better xx
