I absolutely LOVE chicken livers, and so healthy too. Will definitely try this, but, I’ll probably share it with my mum as my DH doesn’t do anything other than beef!
Was a bit dubious about this, never made anything like it before but turned out to be something of a triumph – very chuffed! Only minor modifications to the recipe; dried parsley instead of fresh and frozen cabbage instead of fresh.
