Take 53 vegan recipes…

Looky looky I made a thingy that puts all my vegan recipes in one easy-to-find place, and I did it all by myself.
The eagle eyed among you may have noticed that the last few days have seen a veritable flurry of vegan recipes from yours truly. I don’t have any big announcements to make about changes to my diet, I just thought I’d give a lot of love to my vegan readers old and new (who graciously ignore the occasional sausages and fish that I throw about).
It started with these , and then this insanely popular (and rather delicious) , and I seem to be on a vegan recipe roll.
Lots and lots and lots of my lovely readers have been in touch over the last few days to ask me to write a vegan recipe book – it is something I would LOVE to do – but until I get that off the ground, I thought I would thank my lovely loyal vegans and vegetarians by putting all the vegan recipes in one easy-to-see place right on the front page of my blog (HERE! http://agirlcalledjack.com/category/vegan-recipes/ )
It’s not quite a cookbook, but I’ll be adding loads more new recipes, and veganised versions of old favourites, to it over the next few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled!

Thank you for this . have followed you for ages but only been vegan for 6months. Great recipes
Love, love, love this vegan cooking collection – my kitchen bookshelf is already stuffed, so it needed serious backup. Very many thanks, Jack!
Horaay! I was drooling over your cannelini & fennel pasta dish yesterday.
Oh Im not a vegan either Jack but I still cook a lot of Veggie/vegan meals!….so delicious and economical it would be daft not too!…when I do buy meat/fish I can then afford to buy organic locally reared produce whenever possible
What I love about you, Jack is that you talk and walk inclusivity and in the process, get carnivores like me eating less meat (which is a good thing).
Great idea! I’m an out and out meat eater but I’ve been loving some of your vegan recipes and it does us all good to not have any meat for a few days a week I think.
I’m not a vegan, but like a lot of prostate and breast cancer patients, my husband is following a dairy free, meat free diet. Your recipes have been an inspiration, and with a big family it’s been cheaper too. Thank you for these, and I look forward to your vegan cookbook!
I’m coming at the vegan thing purely from the viewpoint of the most quality nutrition I can get for my money. Abandoning meat as to it’s just too expensive. These vegan recipies really fill the gap and are so tasty. Thank you.
Thank you, very much appreciated! Made the carrot soup today, only one word to describe it – beautiful x
loving these recipes!
Thank you on behalf of the animals.
You are a damn good lass Jack!
Getting more interested in vegan food the more I read and try it
YUS!
🙂 thanks Jack!
Just made your roasted carrot, chickpea and garlic soup. Sooo delicious. Even my hardcore carnivore partner was blown away. Incredibly quick, easy and cheap. Thank you.
Hey Jack. I’ve been vegan since January 1st – joined Veganuary and am keepig going. Have both your books. Made roasted carrot and chickpea soup ready for tomorrow’s lunch. Thank you for the vegan recipes. Here’s to many more!
Hi Ellie, that’s awesome! The hardest part can be finding tasty and easy substitutes for favourite foods. Nice one, Jack for all your great work! Chrissy 🙂
Good stuff! I’m really struggling with vegan baking at the moment… it just ain’t happening 🙁
Thank you jack I love these recipes 🙂
Brilliant this has come just at the right time for me – THANK YOU. 🙂
Thank you so much for this Jack. I’ve got your book and stickered all the vegan recipes in it. It’s lovely for a non vegan chef to think of their vegan fans!
I made the chickpea and Carrot on Tuesday, shared it around my Anti human trafficking team just now…. it’s BON!
Yay! Thanks for bookmarking your vegan recipes. How have I not tried any out before??? Will sort that out soon. I must admit, I’m tired of recipes with fancy ingredients that one may only use once or twice. i love how accessible your recipes are.
You should release all of these as a new book / ebook!
Seem to be reading a lot of your stuff lately in various places. Economical and inspirational as well
Cheers
SO happy to see this! I have to be vegan for the next couple years (at least) due to a hormone condition… I stopped by just to see what you were up to and VEGAN was staring me in the face, wow! Thanks. Jack!
Hi Jack, thank you for compiling your vegan recipes in a simple and handy way for everyone 🙂
